Video Vault for the iPhone and iPod Touch allows you to password protect your videos so you can stop worrying about people stumbling across any of your "private" videos.

Video Vault allows you to upload and download video files from your computer onto your iPhone using a USB cable and the new iTunes File Sharing feature. Transferring files has never been easier.

Video Vault supports any movie or audio files which already play correctly on an iPod or iPhone. For movie files, this typically means files with the extensions .mov, .mp4, .mpv, and .3gp.

FEATURES
- Upload videos using USB cable
- Passcode protect your videos
- Watch videos in portrait and landscape

Pros and cons of Video Vault app for iPhone and iPad

Video Vault app good for

Nice to see a developer rewarding initial testers with lower prices. Product works as described, with a simple clean interface and solid wireless transfer capability. Future additions might be transfer progress bar (if possible) and support for other file types.
Never tried the photo but the video portion works great. I never had a problem with it!!
This app worked great - the only question I have is about the upload process - is it working like a bluetooth and just sending the info over the wi-fi or is it holding the video somewhere on the net????
This is exactly what it claims to be and works FLAWLESSLY. If it is not working for you or if you think you need directions then you are not paying attention. ITS THE EASIEST APP IN THE APP STORE. You MUST have your iphone connected to the same wifi that the source computer is running on. Thats probably where 99% of you are going wrong. Basically this app provides you a local ip address for your iphone. When you type that local ip address into your web browser on the sending computer it accesses the cache of files on your phone, wirelessly. You dont need any more instructions than that because IF your phone and computer are on the same wifi and IF you type the address correctly, then the page that pops up is completely self-explainatory and 100% flawless. Perfect app for your iphone, does what apps twice the cost claim to do. Download this app--hurry up.
Really good, amazing for those personal videos (if u know what I mean) it gets 
Well worth the price. You can download large files just turn off auto-lock in you settings first.

Some bad moments

The picture vault version is great and interested me in the video version but save your $. Perhaps it has to do with file size but it times out before you have any indication of a completion. Picture Vault allows simple migration of photos for protection. Why cant they do the same for video? Its a useless app.
Good App... But what happened to the WIFI sync option.... ?? Please let us do folders for our vault video content Thx Joe
I just cant put the vids in it. They are 3gp videos and the description says it supposed to work....
I was excited about the idea using some enhanced security for my videos. I install this onto my iPod touch 4th gen. Upon opening it, the app immediately crashed. I then re-opened it and it started ok. I set my password, hit save. Restarted one more time. The Enter Password screen pops up but with no number pad. There is absolutely no way to enter the PIN I just set. Somethings wrong here, folks! Oh yeah, I am running iOS 4.2.1 (this may have something to do with it... Im not sure). Please release a fix ASAP!
Wifi connecion allows very slow uploading, in the end of uploading there was an error and failed to upload the file :(, no cable uploading WHY!!?. not recommended!
Hey, I wasnt able to transfer my video from another application to Video Vault. To be more precise, the video file was transfered, but when I clicked Inbox in VV, the app crashed instantly. Im disappointed. Who needs it if it works only in conjuction with Itunes? Please fix it in order to receive files autonomously.
